HCM: Hr Consultants with background in HR Strategy, Processes and Solutions consulting. Technical and Funcaional Consultants with experience in any of these areas - peoplessoft HR, PeopleSoft Administration, Oracle HRMS, SAP HR, WorkBrain, Kronos and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (Student Admin). Technical skills include PeopleCode, AppEngine, Pl/SQL, D2K, ABAP.

SAP: All mySAP/R/3 modules, ABAP, Basis, New Dimension Products(like SEM, PLM), NetWeaver components(EP, XI, BI, WAS, MDM, MI), IS-Oil downstream, IS-Banking, Is-Retail, IS-Pharma, IS-Auto, IS-High Tech, Composite Application Framework(CAF), Web Dynpro, RFID, Workflow, xApps, ESA, SLO.

Oracle Applications: HRMS, Sales and Distribution, Manufacturing and Financials (Functional/Technical), Oracle CPM/BI/DW, Oracle Apps DBA, Peoplesoft (Functional/Technical), JDEwards, G-log, PL/SQL. D2K, OAF, Oracle/Peoplesoft Apps Tech stack etc.

CRM: People working in all modules/versions of Siebel, Clarify CRM, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM and PeoplesoftCRM can apply. Experience in configuration and maintenance of WebLogic/Tuxedo middleware, Siebel OnDemand, salesforce.com Talisma, Pivotal, Epiphany, Chordiant and Sales Logix can also apply.

Billing Solutions: People working on leading billing packages like Amdocs Billing Suite, Convergys/Geneca, Oracle ePortal, CSG Systems, Suntec, SPL, SAP IS-U/CCS and other best of breed billing solutions.

Microsoft Dynamics: People with experience in all modules/versions of Axapta, MS CRM, Great Plains, Navision.

BPM-EAI: P{ega, Savion, FileNet, Tibco, WBI, BizTalk, webMethods, SAP PI, Oracle Middleware, WLI, SeeBeyond, Vitria, GIS, Mercator, Java/J2EE, JMS and web Services(experience in standards like RossettaNet, EDI, SWIFT, HIPAA etc. may also apply.

Business Intelligence: Oracle CPM/BI/DW, SAP BW, SAP SEM/BPS/BCS, Siebel Analytics, PeopleSoft EPM and other ETL/OLAP tools.

SCM: SAP SRM, Oracle APS, i2, Manugistics, Yantra, Manhattan WMS, Retek, Ariba, Red Prairie, Enterprise Asset Management - Maximo.
